The Embassy is organizing an online auction of U.S. Government property (vehicles, furniture, household appliances, IT equipment, welcome kits and supplies), starting Wednesday, October 7, at 8:30 AM, until Sunday, October 11, 2020, at 5:00 PM. Photos of the objects for sale can be viewed and offers submitted via the Department of State website: https://online-auction.state.gov, by selecting Bucharest RO. Viewing times for vehicles are 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. October 7 – 9 at the service entrance gate. Offers can only be made in RON, and payments will ONLY be accepted by depositing the amount due for the items won in the following sweep account number:

The winners will be announced online on the auction website. Winners will have two days, on October 12 and 13, to deposit the amount due. Winner must pick up their won item on
October 19 or 20, between the hours 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M., at the Embassy’s service entrance gate, on Dr. Liviu Librescu Boulevard no. 4-6, sector 1, Bucharest.
